1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of pepper
1/2 tablespoon powdered ginger
1 bay leaf
1/2 chilli
250ml white wine
1 bunch of coriander
2 cups of rice

STEP BY STEP
Start by arranging the cuttlefish, cutting them into strips or medium-sized pieces. Reserve.
In a large saucepan, add the onion and chopped garlic cloves. When sautéing, add the cuttlefish, chilli, salt, ginger, bay leaf, pepper, half of the chopped coriander, and finally, the rice.
Add white wine, let it evaporate and add hot water little by little.
Cook over low heat until the rice is cooked. Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, and add the paint to taste.
Mix, let cook for 1 minute and add the remaining chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
