PRESSIONE AS BATATAS
Quando estiverem assadas, pressione-as para abrirem (ou dê-lhes um murro). Sirva as sardinhas com o seu molho e acompanhe com as batatas a murro e polvilhe com mais coentros picados.
ASSE AS BATATAS
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle them with lots of salt. Mix well and bake while the sardines are cooking.
PREPARE AS BATATAS
In the meantime, wash the potatoes thoroughly, give them a 5-minute pre-cook in boiling water, and put them on a tray.
LEVE AO FORNO
Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 30 minutes. Carefully turn the sardines halfway through.
CUBRA COM CEBOLA
Transfer the sardines to an oven tray and cover them with the chopped onion and the sliced garlic cloves. Season with pepper and add the parsley and the coriander.
ARRANJE AS SARDINHAS
Clean the sardines and remove the scales. Wash them well inside. Season with salt and let them rest for two hours.
