SERVIR AS LULAS
Transfira-os para papel absorvente e deixe arrefecer. Sirva as lulas molhando-as nos dois molhos.
FRITAR A LULA
Heat the oil and, when it is very hot, fry the squid rings until golden brown.
ENVOLVER A LULA
Mix them well and add the squid drained from the marinade. Shake the bag well to mix all the ingredients well and check that all the squid rings are coated.
PREPARE O POME
In a plastic bag (make sure there are no holes), place the flours, the paprika or the chilli and fine salt.
MARINE AS LULAS
Season with salt, white pepper, finely chopped garlic and lemon juice. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
CORTE AS LULAS
Cut squid rings 1 cm wide with kitchen scissors and put them in a container.
LIMPAR AS LULAS
Wash the squids inside and out and remove their tentacles, reserve them, season them and fry them separately.
