Quase no final da cozedura, adicione as delícias do mar. Sirva polvilhado com os coentros picados.
ADICIONE O PEIXE
Add the fish and cook until it is tender.
ACRESCENTE AS BATATAS
Add the potatoes in small cubes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
PREPARA O MOLHO
Add the bay leaf, the crushed tomato, the pepper paste, the white wine and the seafood stock cube, cover and let it cook for a few minutes or until the stock cube dissolves completely.
REFOGAR
Heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic cloves. Let them soften.
