Marinate
Reserve the shrimp to marinate in the seasoning for 3 hours.
Seal the shrimp
Heat a grilling plate, grease it with oil and add the shrimps. Let them get pink on both sides but not for a long time so they don't dry out. Serve immediately.
Season
Brush the shrimp with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, ground garlic and chilli flakes.
Thaw the shrimp
Start by thawing the shrimp, peel (keeping the tail) and make a cut on the loin to remove the intestine.
