200 g Frijobel hake filletsFrijobel

6 Frijobel black tiger shrimp Frijobel

1/2 kg potatoes

1 large carrot

2 pieces of red pepper

a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

1 small onion 

8 tablespoons tomato crushed tomato

2 cloves of garlic

1 bay leaf

1 pinch of white pepper

Salt, as needed

Onion skin, as needed

Extra hot chilli sauce

1 bunch of coriander and parsley

Coriander, as needed
