INGREDIENTS

4 Frijobel salmon steaks

a good pinch of ground garlic

50ml extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon honey, full

Salt, as needed

1 pinch of pepper

1 teaspoon pink peppercorn

400g cabbage 

1 clove of garlic

a good pinch of ground garlic

1 a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Skinned potato wedges, with sea salt and black pepper

    Start by seasoning the salmon with salt, pepper, ground garlic and a little bit of olive oil. Set aside for 2 hours.

    Heat the olive oil and brown the salmon on both sides for 3 minutes. Put it on a plate.

    Drizzle with the honey previously mixed with the pink pepper.
