INGREDIENTS

500 g Frijobel hake fillets 

2 cups corn flakes

1/2 cup flour

80 g Flemish tomato and basil cheese 

1/2 teaspoons grounded garlic 

1/2 teaspoon oregano 

150 g pasteurized liquid egg Dovo

1/2 lemon, juice

Salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Mediterranean potatoes

    Start by seasoning the hake fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice and reserve about 30 minutes.

    In the food processor, mix the corn flakes with the cheese, garlic, a pinch of fine salt, the oregano and a little pepper and grind well.

    If the fillets are very large, cut them in halves and coat them with flour, beaten egg and corn flakes.

    Put the fillets on a tray greased with a little olive oil and put in the oven, preheated to 220ºC, for about 15 minutes, turning the fillets halfway through to get golden brown on both sides.

    Meanwhile, bake the potatoes for 15 minutes. Serve immediately with a mixed salad.
