INGREDIENTS

4 5/7 Frijobel cuttlefish, cleaned

a good pinch of ground garlic

Salt, as needed

A pinch of pepper mix

400g sweet potato, small cubes 

1/4 lemon juice

4 tomatoes in truss

Fresh coriander, as needed

60ml extra virgin olive oil

Chilli flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP BY STEP

    Start by seasoning the cuttlefish with salt, peppers, ground garlic and chilli flakes.

    marinar-o-choco

    Drizzle with a little lemon juice and sprinkle with olive oil. Set aside for 2 hours.

    prepare-a-batata-doce

    Peel the sweet potato, cut it into small cubes, and put it in water seasoned with salt and lemon juice. Set aside for 10 minutes.

    Then, bring the sweet potato to the heat together with seasoned water and let it cook until you can prick it with the fork, but without becoming soft.

    Drizzle the bottom of a tray with a little olive oil and add the cuttlefish, side by side.

    Add the diced potatoes, the sliced tomatoes, and the chopped coriander.

    Season with salt, pepper, ground garlic and chilli flakes.

    Drizzle with a little more olive oil and roast in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC, for 15-20 minutes.
