Start by peeling the shrimp keeping their head and tail tip.
Season the steaks with salt. Heat the oil and add the sliced garlic cloves and the bay leaf. Let it warm up, add the steaks and let them fry on both sides, as needed.
Heat the fat left in the pan and add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, add the cream.
Add the prawns to the sauce, add the mustard and a little Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook until the shrimp take on colour.
Drizzle the steaks with cheese with the sauce and finish by adding the shrimp.
