INGREDIENTS

1 Frijobel 800 g crab Frijobel

5 imitation crabmeat sticks

2 large boiled eggs

2 tablespoon pickles, finely chopped

1.5 tablespoon whisky

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon ketchup

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Chilli sauce 

Fleur de sel

1 pack of rectangular toasts

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP BY STEP

    prepare-as-delicias

    Start by finely chopping the eggs and the pickles. Cut the pieces of imitation crabmeat in half and shred them.

    Open the crab, spread the legs and with the help of a knife remove the belly. Throw out the lungs and place the crab stuffing in a bowl. Remove all the stuffing from the crab shell and place it in the bowl.

    Break the legs and shred the meat and put it in the bowl.

    Add the eggs, the pickles, the pieces of imitation crabmeat, the mayonnaise, the mustard and the ketchup. Mix well and add the whisky and the Worcestershire sauce.

    Crush the mixture with a fork and beat a little, season with salt and chilli sauce. Correct the consistency by adding more mayonnaise, if needed. Serve with toasts.
