INGREDIENTS

1 Frijobel 800 g crab Frijobel

80g pickles (just carrots and cauliflower)

2 brined spring onions

3 boiled eggs

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon breadcrumb

100g mayonnaise 

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoon whisky

Chilli flakes

1 pinch of white pepper 

Salt, as needed

2 tablespoons chopped coriander

2 packs of olive biscottinas

    Start by opening the lobster and discard the vein. Take all the flesh inside and put it in a food processor. Set the shell aside and wash it well to use it as a bowl.
