INGREDIENTS

500 g Frijobel frozen red fish 

250 g imitation crabmeat

4 large potatoes

300 g crushed tomatoes 

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

80 ml extra virgin olive oil 

100 ml white wine

1 teaspoon pepper paste

1 cube of seafood stock

1 bunch of coriander

1 pinch of white pepper 

1 bay leaf 

Chilli sauce, as needed

Salt, as needed

  

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP BY STEP

    refogar

    Heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic cloves. Let them soften.

    prepara-o-molho

    Add the bay leaf, the crushed tomato, the pepper paste, the white wine and the seafood stock cube, cover and let it cook for a few minutes or until the stock cube dissolves completely.

    acrescente-as-batatas

    Add the potatoes in small cubes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

    adicione-o-peixe

    Add the fish and cook until it is tender.

    junte-as-delicias

    Almost at the end of cooking, add the imitation crabmeat. Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander.
