INGREDIENTS

500 g Frijobel sardines Frijobel

2 beaten eggs

1 pinch of white pepper

Breadcrumbs

Flour, as needed

1 lemon

1 cup needle rice 

2 cups water

50 g raisins

50 g yellow lentils

Extra virgin olive oil, organic

1/3 onion

Salt, as needed
