900 g Frijobel half shell mussels

900 g Frijobel half shell mussels
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic

STEP BY STEP
Start by adding the olive oil to a pan and add the onion, cut in half moons, and the crushed garlic cloves.
When the onion is golden, drizzle with white wine, season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Cook for 3 minutes and add the mussels.
Cover the pan and, over a high heat, let it cook for 10 minutes or until they are tender. Correct the salt.
Put the mussels on a serving plate, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve with freshly baked bread.
