INGREDIENTS

900 g Frijobel fish stew

6 Frijobel Black Tiger shrimp

1 large onion

3 cloves of garlic 

80 ml white wine 

400 g crushed tomatoes

1/2 green pepper

1/2 red pepper

400 g penne rigate

1 a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

1 bay leaf

Chilli sauce with garlic and bay

Coriander 

1 pinch of white pepper

Salt, as needed

    Heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic cloves.

    Let it soften, on a low heat, add the bay leaf and the crushed tomato. Stir and let it cook for 3 minutes.

    regue-com-vinho

     Drizzle with white wine, let it evaporate and add the peppers cut into thin strips. Cook for a few more minutes.

     Add the seafood (reserving the imitation crabmeat to add at the end) and the pasta. Cover with water and season with salt, pepper, and chilli sauce.

    Cook until the pasta is al dente, correct the seasoning and serve with chopped fresh coriander.
