500g Frijobel limpets

STEP BY STEP
Start by putting the butter in a food processor and add the garlic cloves. Process until you get a homogeneous cream. Reserve in the refrigerator until ready to use.
In the meantime, scrape the limpets with a knife to remove the impurities. Arrange them upside down on a plate and add a pinch of fleur de sel, a drop of tabasco and a small piece of garlic butter.
Bring the plate to high heat and allow the limpets to cook only until they start to come out of the shell.
Remove from heat, add chopped parsley/coriander and add a drop of lemon. Serve with freshly baked bread.
