IN THE PATH TO INNOVATION – LAUNCH OF THE SKIN PACK AND VACUUM RANGE
We invested in a new vacuum packaging equipment, which allows us to expand our product range, namely, products in skin pack and vacuum packaging.
This new equipment makes possible a new line of products with a very attractive packaging, composed of selected quality products that, according to the Board, “will certainly stand out in the market, since it is also another sales tool for our retail customers, namely, supermarkets, shops and fishmongers”.
The skin pack range includes a seafood mixture, a premium and differentiating product, the black scabbardfish fillet, as well as packages of about 300 grams of mussel meat, shrimp pud and clam pud; all packed in a vacuum format that prevents the formation of ice crystals and allows to see the product with extreme transparency.
