INGREDIENTS

500 g crab legs (Frijobel crab legs)

800 ml water

1 tablespoon butter

1 finely chopped onion

1/3 pack of instant seafood soup

150 g leek

1 a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

250 g risotto

200 ml sparkling wine

50 g de Premium goat cheese with black pepper

1 pack of imitation lobster

3 cloves of garlic

1 pinch of white pepper 

Fleur de sel

    Start by defrosting the crab legs, break them and remove all the meat. Shred it and reserve.

    Meanwhile, cut the leek into thin slices, wash and drain. Heat the olive oil and add the leek, letting it cook until tender.
