BRC FOOD Certification
During the month of July, we obtained the renewal of the BRC certification, through an external audit, with the award of A rating. This results from the assessment of the implementation of the HACCP methodology, from the existence of a documented and effective quality management system, and from the control of the environmental conditions of facilities, products, processes and people.
This quality benchmark is one of the most recognized worldwide in the food sector and is only achieved when the entire human resources structure is committed to all the processes.
