STUFFED CRAB

WITH COCKTAIL SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

1 Frijobel 800 g crab Frijobel

80g pickles (just carrots and cauliflower)

2 boiled eggs

200 g mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

50ml beer

3 tablespoons cocktail sauce

1 teaspoon dehydrated parsley 

Chilli sauce, as needed

Salt, as needed

a good pinch of white pepper

4 packs of olive biscottinas

    prepare-a-sapateira

    Start by opening the crab and discard the vein. Take all the flesh inside and put it in a food processor. Set the shell aside and wash it well to use it as a bowl.

    arranje-as-patas

    Break the crab's smaller legs and take their meat, add to the rest of the meat and mash everything. Season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.

    acrescente-os-molhos

    Add the mayonnaise, the cocktail sauce, the ketchup and the beer. Process a little bit longer.

    pique-os-pickles

    Chop the eggs and pickles and add them to the mixture. Add the dehydrated parsley and fold with a spoon

    Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Serve with mini toasts.
